Payment and Transaction Reliability Testing

01

What we test

  • Checkout flows on Paystack, Flutterwave and Interswitch integrations
  • Payment confirmation and failure handling
  • Transaction edge cases — duplicate payments, timeout handling, network interruptions
  • Refund and reversal flow behaviour
  • Payment notification and webhook reliability

Why it matters

A payment failure is the highest-cost bug a fintech product can ship. The user does not retry, they leave.

Deliverable

Detailed test report with severity ratings, reproduction steps, screenshots and video recordings.

Signup and Onboarding Flow Testing

02

What we test

  • Mandatory field validation and inline error messaging
  • Email, phone and password field behaviour
  • OTP delivery and verification flow
  • CTA routing — does the button take users where it promises?
  • Mobile responsiveness of signup and onboarding screens

Why it matters

The signup flow is the first impression your product makes. Friction here does not generate support tickets, it generates silent abandonment.

Deliverable

Detailed test report with severity ratings, reproduction steps, screenshots and video recordings.

AI Product Testing and Evaluation

03

What we test

  • Chatbot response accuracy against expected use cases
  • Edge case handling — unexpected inputs, out-of-scope queries, ambiguous requests
  • Failure mode behaviour — what happens when the AI does not know the answer?
  • Consistency across repeated similar inputs
  • Tone, safety and brand alignment of AI responses

Why it matters

An AI product that fails in real-world conditions damages user trust faster than a missing feature. Edge cases are not rare, they are what users actually do.

Deliverable

AI Product Evaluation Report with test case log, failure documentation and improvement recommendations.

Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing

04

What we test

  • Platform behaviour across Chrome, Firefox and Edge
  • Layout and functionality consistency across browsers
  • Mobile web responsiveness

Why it matters

A platform that works perfectly in Chrome may break in Firefox or Edge. Nigerian users are not all on the same browser, and layout or functionality failures in secondary browsers create invisible drop-off.

Deliverable

Available as a ₦20,000 add-on to any core engagement. Detailed test report covering layout and functionality consistency across browsers and devices. Safari is not currently included in C2U's cross-browser testing scope.
