Initial Scan (No Cost)
We spend a short time on your platform and identify specific reliability observations. We share these with you directly — no report, no commitment. This gives you a real sense of how C2U works before any commercial conversation.

Scope Agreement
If the initial findings are useful and you want a more thorough review, we agree on the exact scope: which flows, which platforms, which browsers. Scope is defined before work begins. No surprises.

Testing
C2U runs the structured test suite against the agreed scope. Every test case is documented with steps to reproduce, expected result, actual result, severity rating and supporting evidence — screenshots and screen recordings.

Report Delivery
You receive a professionally formatted report covering Executive Summary, Test Scope, Risk Assessment and Recommendations. The report is ready to share with your engineering team immediately.

Follow-Up
C2U is available to answer questions about the report findings. If your team fixes the identified issues and wants a re-test, that can be scoped as a separate engagement.
